program is
specifically designed for Project Managers to improve their
effectiveness in applying the project management concepts. We enable
learning through workshops that stimulate thinking and problem
solving by applying the principles learnt. Insights from the program
will enable the participants operate with greater self-awareness and
empathy. Our 1:1 coaching is based on sound principles that make a
long-lasting positive impact on the participant.</font></p>

<p style=”margin-bottom: 0in;”><font size=”3″>Program
gets started with
a half-day Basecamp workshop and we walk the participants through the
journey they are about to undertake over the next 4 months.
Participants go through a </font><font color=”#0070c0″><font
size=”3″><b>personalization-questionnaire</b></font></font><font
size=”3″>
for us to gauge their current level of understanding of Project
Management concepts. Our coaches would meet with the participants on
a 1:1 basis in a </font><font color=”#0070c0″><font
size=”3″><b>personalization
session</b></font></font><font size=”3″>
along with their line managers
to gain an understanding of their expectations and development
objectives. The coach would then recommend selected e-learnings,
readings and assignments for the participant. </font><font
color=”#0070c0″><font size=”3″><b>e-learning
phase</b></font></font><font size=”3″>
would last 10 weeks when the
participants learn on their own from the in-depth e-learning material
covering all knowledge areas of Project Management from the Academy
portal.</font></p>

<p style=”margin-bottom: 0in;”><font size=”3″>While
e-learning is under
way, participant enters the important </font><font
color=”#0070c0″><font size=”3″><b>coaching
phase</b></font></font><font color=”#0070c0″><font
size=”3″> </font></font><font size=”3″>when
the focus shifts to individual development objectives and work
situations. Each participant gets to meet the coach for one hour
every month in his/her own organization&rsquo;s premises.
Participant&rsquo;s
manager is expected to join for the first 15 minutes of the meeting.
Our approach is to raise participant&rsquo;s self-awareness and
allow the
participant to choose his/her own actions to move forward on the
improvement path. There would be four such 1-hour meetings over the
4-month coaching phase. </font>

we encourage
the participants to stay in touch with their coaches throughout the
period over email/chats/calls. Participant&rsquo;s manager plays a
crucial role in providing opportunities, removing obstacles and
sharing feedback throughout the coaching phase. Here is a schematic

and exercises and focus on typical challenges faced by new Project
Managers and build on the foundation of the e-learning modules. At
the end of the coaching phase, we wrap up the program with the </font><font

half-day Summit workshop.</b></font></font></p>
