Paramu Kurumathur is a principal consultant and the practice lead for PM Power’s Strategic IT suite of services and Program Management suite of services.

Before joining PM Power, he worked as the CIO of ActionAid International, an International NGO working in 45 countries, for more than eleven years. He was responsible for creating and implementing ActionAid International’s world-wide IT strategy and led many large IT programs for ActionAid.

Before that he founded and served as CEO of a software startup organisation, set up and served as the General Manager of Digital Equipment Corporation’s (Compaq / HP) India Development Centre and worked in various management and software development roles in Tata Burroughs Limited.

Having built an extensive knowledge base in IT services, software engineering, project and program management, general management he has worked with and managed professionals of diverse cultures and countries.
