I am a principal consultant and am responsible for designing and developing services in the areas of Project Management and Delivery Excellence.

I started my career as a software development engineer at Tata Motors in 1981 and progressed through multiple responsibilities covering all aspects of software engineering and project execution. I spent more than 13 years in Australia working for multiple organizations in banking, education and association management domains managing software projects and IT organizations.

After returning to India in 2000, I was part of the management team in a software services start-up called Convergent Software for over 5 years. I headed the delivery and quality functions and took the company to CMMI Level 5 during my stint. I went on to head the Quality function for HP’s Application Services division in Chennai and then moved on to head the Quality function for Fidelity Investments Technology Services division in Bangalore. During my period, I managed deployment of IT Service Management processes and Agile practices in GIC and was part of the IT Leadership team in India.

My professional interests include Personal Effectiveness, Agile Transformation, Coaching for Performance and mindfulness.
