Agile Workshops

PM Power Agile workshops are fun. The participants are taken through simple exercises and games that illustrate key concepts and learning points through typical work situations or metaphorical situations.

We strongly recommend that full teams participate in sessions. This will include not only the developers, but also other roles such as testers, DBAs, architects, product owners, scrum masters, business analysts and other enabling functions such as HR. This is to ensure that the key principles relating to teamwork, communication etc. are actually experienced by the teams, to evolve their own protocols that will help make them be more productive.

Specialized topics such as leadership, in particular servant leadership, influencing skills, power of questions and business value based prioritization are also opportunities for the participants to reflect on their own situations and work styles to be effective in their roles.

Our workshops and coaching are usually intertwined, to derive maximum benefits of quick adoption of Agile values and principles.
