Agile adoption in the IT industry has seen an exponential growth during the last decade. However, the benefits / promises that typically come with it, such as improved cycle time, higher productivity and better quality have not been uniformly experienced by many organizations.

While there are many factors contributing to this situation, in our own experience, we have found that many anti- patterns in terms of practices adopted, has been a fairly significant contributor to the gap between expected benefits and actual benefits of agile adoption. The webinar seeks to bring out the most commonly observed anti-patterns and their impact on project outcomes as well as organizational productivity.
