Our Agile and DevOps experts, Mr. Vishweshwar Hegde and Mr. S. Sivaguru delivered a pre-conference Masterclass at the PMI DevOps Conference, PMI Bangalore. The workshop was centered on the fact that Enterprises today face the challenge of rapidly changing competitive landscapes, evolving security requirements, and performance scalability. Enterprises must bridge the gap between operations stability and rapid feature development. On CI/CD through DevOps, their insights on CALMS approach was considered by the audience to be of great value. 

During the workshop their activities on helium rod and Mobius strip were thoroughly enjoyed by more than 200 Project Managers attending the workshop. During one of the activities on Mobius Strip they mentioned that a slight twist is required to implement DevOps to have a smooth flow.

They also discussed on 10 critical aspects of DevOps Life Cycle and explained these  that these aspects can be tied together and are aligned with PMBOK® knowledge areas.
