Agile, Business Agility, Project Management, Mindfulness

Change in an individual, happens in an Aha moment – when all information, discussions, artefacts and experience come together to reveal the possibility that can be. Patiently strive for this with the people I work with… leading to transformation of teams/organizations.

Let's Dig More About Me !!

I have been assisting organizations in change initiatives for delivery excellence through consulting services, training & development and coaching & mentoring in my role of Principal Consultant with PM Power.

I started my career with Tata Steel in their in-house EDP department developing systems on the Burroughs platform.

Subsequently, I worked with Wipro for over ten years, developing software products for the US and Indian markets, including the very first Project Planning package, InstaPlan, for the PCs. I was a key member in the transformation of the organization to a services company with focus on Offshore Development Centres.

At Novell, I was part of the management team that started the India operations. I was responsible for products in the areas of Storage, Protocols, Messaging, Developer Tools, Security and Open Source. I made some key contributions to products at Novell – building technical capabilities as well as project and people management competencies.

After that I worked at an Open Source start up, Spikesource and helped set- up the India Development Centre.

I have a penchant for remembering trivial incidents from long back or near term, I love to leverage the latter in my coaching interactions with teams, often surprising them with the recall. The above is also supplemented by digital archiving of info and pulling out long forgotten artefacts and email conversations.

My personal interests include writing macros in vbscript in Excel, Java in Open Office, and learning to use Google app scripts on sheets.

I like to travel by road, by car – no need to pack, limit on how far I can travel. If I must pack then I would travel far.
