I am a certified scrum master and a passionate Agile Coach having substantial Experience in transforming organizations. For the past ten years, I have been fully into Agile Scrum – worked as part of teams, trained and coached a large number of professionals in the industry. I believe Agile Scrum is good for any development organization as it brings in a culture change in the organization. I focus on imparting the core Agile values in teams during my coaching assignments.

I have played various roles in my career including that of being the Head of India Development Centre for a services company, Development Manager for an enterprise healthcare product, establishing and leading the PMO for a large multinational organization. During my career, I have also headed a Software Engineering Process Group and steered process improvement efforts successfully.
