I am a consultant with PM Power since 2017 and my expertise lies in Agile Transformation, Design thinking and Digital Transformation. I am passionate about Agile Transformation in terms of people mindset and system thinking.
I started my career as a software development engineer at iGate and progressed through multiple responsibilities covering all aspects of software engineering and project execution for multiple clients in banking, Retail, aerospace, insurance management domains, managing software projects, and other IT organizations.
I was part of a team in a Financial domain that took the company from no process to CMMI L5. I started the Agile transformation journey as a single coach from India and built Agility into the organisation by building a team of agile sustainers, CoE of Scrum master and coaches across multiple locations across the world such as China, Paris, Tunisia and US.
This Journey helped me to lead Agile CoE for a service organisation and also lead agile transformation for a US-based insurance company. I have experience with varied industry models such as captive industries such as Fidelity Business services and Software service industry such as Cognizant, IBM Cloud.
My professional interests include Agile Transformation, Coaching for Performance and Entrepreneurship coaching.
