I am an agile coach helping clients in maximizing business value using Technology as a strategic lever. I recently helped product development to start using design thinking along with agile and lean methodologies. I have 19 years of experience in the Software industry performing various roles across Agile coaching and transformation, agile change and transition management, technology consulting and strategic sourcing.
I led the delivery for one of the strategic accounts in the Europe region with specialization in retail and consumer banking. I have also led the solution development for strategic deals with good understanding of sourcing needs across the horizontals of validation, infrastructure, enterprise solutions.
I have been working with many marquee organizations to accelerate their Digital journey. My interests are around Data science and mining, leadership decision making based on data, as well as transformation of DevSecOps.
I am also keenly involved in spreading the love of Yoga, running (participated in several marathons in and around Chennai!), mindfulness and environment consciousness. I love playing Dragonvale and love competing with my son regularly and I consider myself an expert in sudoku who can solve even the hardest of the puzzles! My professional interests include Agile transformation, Large account software delivery, Solution strategy, Execution of large IT projects, and Branding of solutions.
