Having co-founded and managed operations of a software company that focused on building Enterprise Resource Planning solutions for Textile Industry, I have handled responsibilities covering all aspects of software engineering and management.
During my 8-year stint in Thoughtworks, Chennai, as Head of Delivery, I had built and mentored teams of various size and complexity. I introduced techniques for efficient portfolio management in agile way, nurtured and guided teams to deliver challenging programs distributed across multiple locations with co-sourced teams, and improvised lean and agile techniques for Global Delivery.
With PM Power, I have been coaching clients in setting up and sustain agile organizations. I have introduced Agile Process in a conventional project management organization and got it ISO certified. I am also a regular speaker at conferences like Agile India and a part of a few agile focus groups.
