Anantha Natarajan (anand) is a Coach that helps leaders and teams improve their performance and realize their potential. As a leadership coach, partners with individual leaders to improve the quality of their thinking and make subtle and lasting changes in their capability. He is certified as Associate Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation. As an agile coach, helps programs and product areas to become customer-centric and improve operational E2E processes & metrics. Guides middle management in orchestrating the flow and removing systemic waste. He has been engaging with multiple organizations for Agile transformation and capability enhancement through training, coaching and consulting engagements. Prior to joining PM Power, he has had a wide range of experience in software delivery and process improvement for in-house IT functions, IT service provider organizations and start-ups. His career spans over 30 years in India and Australia. His qualifications include Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist.
