Agile Effectiveness Assessments

PM Power has created an assessment instrument that helps understand both the awareness of agile values and principles and also the adoption effectiveness of the practices. It looks also at any gaps in understanding or expectation across various stakeholder groups.

A simple heat map representation of responses from different roles gives a good indication of the gaps and concern areas that need to be addressed as part or training or coaching.

In some cases, we have observed that the teams that were liberal in their self-assessments before our intervention actually rated some of the areas as needing improvements after some inputs were given through training and coaching sessions. These have helped the teams identify actions to fill the gaps and take ownership of their own progress.

If you are interested in knowing more about how such an assessment can help your teams, please contact us.
